I’ve already deleted the contents of the codecs folder as well.
Those are normal and harmless. That’s how PMS checks what’s available. Would need to see more of your logs to know why it couldn’t use the iGPU. What kind of cpu do you have?

On television Samsumg does not work for me, but roku and ps4 without problem
Having a graphics card or not has nothing to do with playback working on your Samsung TV. You’re going to need to provide more info and logs.
I have the same problem… about a month ago my samsung smart tv was working. I installed the plex from about a month ago. Same problem.
Could it be a windows update problem?
