It happend to me when changing SSD. I had 1TB SSD on Synology NAS with Plex where I could play my own stream on Live TV. Now, I replaced for a 4TB SSD and copied all Plex folders but I get that 500 GET when trying to play the stream. As I could see on my old Plex when was transcoding it created two folders on Cache/Sessions but on the new Plex it can just create one folder and that 500 GET seems to be because can’t create and get that other folder. The folders had the names as “xxxxx” like session=xxxx and path=/livetv/session/xxxxx that are on the URL.

On Android TV I can play the stream because is directPlay but on iOS it tries to transcode and happens what @blaineboyland shows on the logs.
Weird because I could make it work on my old Plex and here I have exactly the same and it doesn’t work. Can it be something related to permissions or SSL certificate?

I copy/pasted both folders from old SSD to new SSD to keep config set and movies/series.

Right now I gave all the permissions to these folders.

FIXED!

Seems to be fixed by applying ffmpeg command parameters on the stream at the TV Tunner.
