Media which did play does not play anymore

I had plex running on TrueNAS Core on a NUC i3 which worked well. But it took way to much maintenance and Disks seemed to keep dying. I picked up a Synology Raid and moved all the data there. And then formatted the NUC to headless linux and installed Plex, mapping the config and libraries to an NFS drive on the Synology NAS. Everything seems to be working. However, some shows that worked before, seem to have transcoding errors now.

This same media played when plex was installed in a truenas jail. Also it play on other devices just not the Roku, however the Roku is the main way the family and kids consume plex.
