Aug 21 08:28:37 raspberrypi Plex Media Server: Aug 21, 2019 06:28:37.778 [0x68df5450] ERROR - Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Smart TV Alliance, platformVersion=3.0, device=, model=

error in Plex\ Media\ Server.log

No issue from “user” point of view, movies play fine, is only a “log issue”

How can I make these lines disappear?

That’s not really an error. We don’t have a custom profile for Toshiba Smart TVs, so it just defaults to the generic one. No way to not get that to show up.

I was quite sure that this wasn’t an issue because I can play without problem my movies.
But is logged as ERROR in the log. Can I configure something in Plex to avoid these lines?

No, you can’t control what gets logged. I can ask the devs to make that into a warning instead of an error. But in some cases, it’s useful to know that.

Ok, but ERROR is like an alarm, if is only “no profile found” a log could be enough but up to you.
Just a detail my smart tv is a Panasonic, not Toshiba, I edited the tag.

Thanks
