Plex on my tv - client profile error

Hi, I’m getting the following error when trying to play videos on my new Samsung TV:

[Req#d725] Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Tizen, platformVersion=8, device=24_PONTUSM_QD, model=TQ55S85DAEXXC

  • TV model: Samsung TQ55S85DAEXXC (Tizen 8, 2024)
  • Plex Server version: [escribe la versión que tienes]
  • Plex app version: latest from Samsung Store
  • Reproduction method: Playing from TV app directly (fails), works fine via web app.

It seems the new Tizen 8 models don’t have a defined client profile yet.
Please add support for these new devices.

Can you please enable logging to your server in the TV app settings then reproduce the issue and get logs again
