Error when trying to update PMS (Windows) to latest version

Server Version#: 1.40.3.8555
Player Version#: 4.129.1
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
Hi first time posting on here I have been a plex pass member for a long time and have had no real issues until now. I’m a great believer in if its not broke don’t fix it hence my not posting in the support forum.

I cannot update my windows 11 Pro 24H2 build 26100.3775 PMS whenever I try it seems to install correctly but it wont start. I have tried numerous time to update the latest version being (v.1.41.6.9685-d301f511a) I then have to uninstall and install an earlier version hence why im running 1.40.3.8555. updating my 2 NAS boxes to the latest version works just not the PC version
Plex Media Server Logs_2025-04-14_15-03-43.zip (497.9 KB)

I have installed PMS to a separate drive d: with network attached drives for media has worked flawlessly without issue for a number of years.

I’ve included my server logs if that helps and help would be greatly received

Try and use this .bat file to repair your server database. This is the most likely reason why the updated server won’t start.

Do also keep in mind that the new server version will be 64 bit, so it is no longer to be found under C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex Media Server, but rather under C:\Program Files\Plex Media Server
Update any shortcuts you might have.
Starting the server will also no longer automatically open a web browser with the Plex web app.
If you need one, use either the hosted web app or click on “Open Plex” on the Plex task tray icon.

dont seem to see the attached .bat file
