Im currently stuck on version 1.40.2.8395, as the server wont update. When i start the update it just stalls for like 10 min and then it cancels. Anyone who can help?
Go back to an old server version,
(older server versions are available in the subfolder Updates in your plex data folder)
Then repair your database.
Instead of typing all the commands manually, you can use the .bat or the .ps1 script from here PlexDBRepair/Windows at master · ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair · GitHub
If the latest database file is not repairable, go back and restore one of the backups https://support.plex.tv/articles/202485658-restore-a-database-backed-up-via-scheduled-tasks/
Then repair that.
(If there are no backups, or the existing backups are months old, you’ll know for how long the corruption was already lurking in there.)
I saw there was a folder with the new update, i opened that and then it installed, it said that it detected a 32 bit version and that would be unintallled, it worked this way. Thanks!
