Hello, I am running my PMS on my NAS wd my home cloud. I’ll try to give a really quick sketch of the situation.
Yesterday night I was on my PMS, uploaded some new movies and series, checked my library (so did nothing too fancy), closed my PC and went to sleep. When I started up again this morning, I couldn’t open my server anymore. I get this error everytime I try to open up my server: Plex Infinity is currently unavailable. Verify you have a network connection and that the server is online.
I can’t get on the server settings to upgrade from 1.32 to 1.40. The support plex website says: Unlike a regular Plex Media Server you might run on a computer or NAS device, you can’t arbitrarily update the server version. Instead, new Plex Media Server updates will be delivered by Western Digital in the control panel of the My Cloud Home.
Yet, I still see no upgrade options within the portal and what the strange part is; I enabled Plex through the portal but I see no plex files.
