Am I getting over looked? I’m not gonna pay for service if it doesnt work. Once it works then I will be paying
Have you tried a different browser other than Brave?
I don’t use Brave but what I know about it that it has a bunch of default things disabling stuff like ad blockers do that may be having an affect. I recall another user having a similar issue with it.

Works if launch Plex Web from Plex.tv but does not work from localhost though…
