Eternal buffering

Server Version#:latest
Player Version#:latest

I am using Plex on my android Sony TV.
I stream movies and different video files from my pc to TV.
It’ s been a long time since I have this problem. When I select to play a video file it starts buiffering and never stops. I have to close and reopen again and again in order for the file to play.
Sometime it plays instantly, other times have to wait a lot.
My bandwith is excellent, I have tried with another router, I have reinstalled my pc OS, PLEX several times on my TV, the problem insists.
Any suggestions?
I have unistalled my antivirus I have tried everything.
Bandwith : more than 30 Mbps and stable.

Without further detail information about the files which are buffering longer, it is not really possible to tell you something.
If I had to guess, I’d say this is quite expected. Because you might have both files which can be played direct by your TV and files which require the server to adapt them to the playback abilities of your TV (transcoding).
Depending on the video codec, the video resolution and the size of your original file, transcoding can require different amounts of cpu power form your server.

It used to play everything without any problem two months ago.
I have the latest CPU and video card and evrything trancodes too fast on my pc.
When I put these video file in a USB stick my TV plays them instantly without a problem.
When I say eternal buffering it means that the file does not play at all.
A circle is circling in the middle of the screen and the file never opens even if I leave it for 2 hours.
I do not know whta is happening. It used to work fine. Netflix plays excellent.

I reproduced the problem and I am sending the log files.
At 8:38:10 I tried to play file Star Wars Episode IV - A New Hope (1977).mkv
The screen started buffering (see image). This is the problem. It stuck there. At 8:40 I pressed the STOP button on my remote and it stopped.
Inside the zip you will find the xml for this movie.
