Every few days no server access via local web interface or remote app BUT STILL via local FireTV

Hello,

since about a year i experience some strange behavior every few days:
I watch movies via FireTV Client streaming locally from Mac Server (Plex Server Version 1.41.5.9522, Mac OS 10.15.7, always on), everything works fine.
I move over to my laptop and access the server locally via macserver:32400 and get the error message first “Something went wrong / Etwas ist schief gelaufen” and then “No Media available / Keine Medien verfügbar”.
My Server is shown offline but it isn’t, i still can access via FireTV local play.
At the same time the remote access from Android App doesn’t work anymore, but it still works via local Lan/Wlan.
It can’t be related to remote or local because also the local access doesn’t work via web interface anymore. Not even the local access at the server itself over 127.0.0.1:32400 works at this moment.
When i quit Plex Server and open it again it works again for a few days, then the behavior occurs again.
I can provide the logs but didn’t find something noticeable by myself, just maybe DEBUG - Request: didn’t get any data from [::ffff:192.168.1.4]:54804: End of file (it is a try to access via Web Interface from another local browser with no luck).
My workaround is to restart every few days but this is no solution for forever.

Did a database repair as described in Plex Wiki, had luck for 7 days, at the 8th day same problem again.
Server is shown offline via local Web Interface and remote app but works via local Fire Stick or local App.
Network/GDM is already deactivated (hint found in another forum).
Maybe it has something to to with scheduled tasks, i suspect it happens often at the time when scheduled tasks start.
I will deactivate all scheduled tasks and wait for another week.

Same problem after 5 days even with all scheduled tasks disabled, this doesn’t seem to be the reason.
I’m running out if ideas.
Could someone from plex team analyze my logs please? I Don’t find anything suspicious by myself.
