Every movie that I have added in the last couple of days will not show up in my library, even though the files are there. I have never had this problem before and I have double checked format, name, etc. Any suggestions?
Where is your server - local or cloud? What server version? What OS? We need more information about your install and the files to figure out what’s going on. Logs for the scanner are also necessary.
