I’m adding new movies to my server.And it’s not showing up, and recently added. It’s also not showing up in my library. Every movie i’ve added i’ve done the same way. Same titling. Same format. The only difference, because it’s not showing up now.
The first thing you should do is a reboot of the Plex server, and then do a manual scan of the movies library after the server comes back up. After that you need to give a lot more info, starting with what your server OS is and a screenshot or more detailed explanation of your directory arrangement for your movies.

I have the same issue. I need to reboot Plex server everytime I add a movie to actually see it.
Personnaly, when a new movie is downloaded, Plex sees it directly, and then, after like a minute, it disapear. It only appears again when I reboot and do a manual scan of the library
