Excessive Data Usage from Plex Transcoder all of a sudden

I have been running a Plex server for several years now and never had an issue until last month. I have an OTA antenna and watch tv via plex.

Starting last month, Comcast notified me i went way over on our data. I found out we used 2.5tb of data and in just 4 days this month, have already used 1.5tb. I traced it back to the Plex Transcoder. In just the last several hours, it has already used 25gb.

This is via Windows 10\Settings\Network\Status\Data Usage
