FireTV Cube 3rd gen no longer connects to Plex Server

Everything was working fine about 1 week ago then was unable to see the server, just get the triangle error symbol at the end of the server name, and it goes back to the Plex homepage when selecting it. This was just before the last server update, which did not fix the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client app, cleared the cache and rebooted both the server and FireTV multiple times. Any ideas? Thanks.

I also tested this on 2 other FireTV Sticks and nothing can see the server. I double checked the firewall settings and Plex is wide open for the client and media server.

Dmn we need help here

No help or answers so I switched to Jellyfin and everything is working fine now.
