Expand preferred subtitle language logic and map eqvivalent languages

I’ve two things related to subtitles which I would like to address. The first is a feature request, the other is an issue which might apply to other languages as well

  1. Add option to specify multiple languages as preferred for subtitles (and possibly audio), and hopfully in order. For instance, I am Danish, but Norwegian is fairly similar to read. So my preferred subtitle language selection would be Danish → Norwegian → English

  2. Several of the language options are the same and hence should be eqvivalent. For instace, for Norwegian, both Norsk and Norsk bokmål are the same. So if a user choose Norsk, any subtitle that is marked as Norsk bokmål should be automatically chosen. I am confident that this applies to other languages as well, without having looked through the list. For this case, the following applies

Norsk == Norsk bokmål  -> (.no || .nor) == (.nb || .no b)
Norsk != Norsk nynorsk -> (.no || .nor) != (.nn || .nno)
