Experience with 3D movies

Hi all,

I am expecting delivery of a new TV on Thursday, which is passive 3D, and a replacement for my 9 year old Samsung 40inch LCD.

I was wondering what people’s experience was with 3D movies via plex xbox one app?

I am looking to test out some 3D content when it arrives, and was hoping that plex on xbox one would be the best way to get some of it onto my TV.

Is there a particular file type / 3D type I should be weary off?

Thanks

Im guessing the TV isn't a samsung? If not its a pity because 3D movies on Orca's Plex App is just amazing and offers auto-switching to both 3D and also the correct Half-SBS or Half-OU option.

As far as im aware to other Plex client offers this.

Ah no it’s an LG 55LV650V - the missus ordered it as she decided that playing dragon age inquisition on the 40inch was too small…and then told me after ordering I was paying for it, as her birthday present from me lol - at least she got it on sale :stuck_out_tongue:
