I have had multiple crashes over the last two weeks. I have rebuilt the server and seem to be experiencing similar crashes. The server itself is not using all of it’s resources.
Need server DEBUG logs ZIP file which is captured right after it restarts.
Without those, all we can do is

Does the whole machine crash or just PMS ? It looks like the OS is.

It seems to be just PMS. However, I am not sure why the OS would be crashing as I have also rebuilt this as of two days ago. I can look to put on monitoring to see if anything abnormal happens.

I have seen the NFS server that I am using not responding but can not get to the bottom of it. It doesn’t appear to be OS or Hardware related as I have migrated to different hardware and changed the OS that it is being used and I am still experiencing this issue. The only thing I can narrow it down to now is the file server or the network.
Thanks for your help regarding this, I am going to keep trying to diagnose this. I think it can be closed for now.
