Missing Dashboard Metrics

The dashboard enhanced metrics now only shows basic player usage and am missing all of the granular network/player/user metrics I need. There is now a banner that states Plex Pass is required; however, my account correctly shows Plex Lifetime Pass is in place. The issue occurred when I reset the global password and forced all devices to resign in; it took a while to be able to access and claim my server, but now the Pass is evidently not syncing correctly. Please advise on how to force this resync without reinstalling or rebuilding my huge database.

Is your server signed into your Plex account (Settings > [Server Name] > General)?

yes it is

Then try a full reload of the web page to rule out any stale information in the web session. If that doesn’t show the missing metrics, try to reboot the server.

I’d try a force-reload of the web app.
Or maybe clear the web browser cache and delete the cookies from plex.tv (requires signing in again)

Authentication servers might still be slow, so the web app might simply not get the information that you already have the Plex Pass.
I’d say wait a few hours, then force another reload of the app.

Restarted my server a few times and it seems to be working now!

OK, it must have been a delayed Plex authentication push as it is now coming through (after another refresh). Thanks!
