Plex Dashboard quit working

It hasn’t worked for about 2 months.

Mind sharing some more details?
e.g. (but not limited to)

  • are you talking about the app’s home page or the server dashboard (now playing, server graphs, trends…)?
  • what do you expect it to do and how is it not working / working differently?

The user stats it shows my stats but not other users stats.

Could it be nobody actually watched any content from your server in the selected timeframe?

No I can see them when they are logged on but when I check later it shows no data. I ask them if they are using it and they tell me that they are.
