I encountered an older movie that did not come with subtitles so I found the srt file online, downloaded several to see if I could get the right one and installed each manually using the option in plex to add subtitle files. The first several turned out to be for the wrong movie so I clicked the X on the right side of the file shown in the drop down menu but none of them will delete. No matter what I do, once the srt file is installed in the movie it apparently is permanent and just takes up space. Biggest problem is, it is hard to determine which one is the actual one that should be used, I now have to turn on 3 or 4 options before finding the correct one for that show. Solution?
