None of my external subtitles are showing up when I try to cast to my Chromecast. All my .srt files are completely ignored! This is my second most used feature, and now it’s completely useless.
This definitely wasn’t an issue before the “New Experience” update.
Same. Also can’t change the quality of the video or anything.

Internal subs won’t work either.
I’m facing the same issue. When I stream to chromecast, the Subtitles are not being displayed. And in this new app version, there is no option to choose player settings.
I also have this issues when streaming to chrome cast from my iPhone in the latest version. I really need this, otherwise I do not need the subscription to use my library remotely.
I’m having the same issue after getting the beta version of the app. Is Plex even working on this problem???
