Hi,
Subtitles sometime disappear while watching a video being chromecast after approximately half the duration time. It is then necessary to rewind for the subtitles to reappear. Once it has happened it will continue to do so every few minutes (around 5).
I tried, to no avail :
- Type of subtitles : SRT External, SRT download from plex
- Burn subtitles : always, automatic
- Hardware transcoding : with, without
- Plex Server : docker or as a synology package
- Use old video player : true, false
- Override subtitles styles : true, false
Everything works fine if I’m not chromecast but watching directly on a device (tested on same iPhone and iPad)
I will happily share information, logs, or try solutions if it can help investigate and resolve this issue.
