As seen in the attached images I have selected the same 7 channels from both tuners. Yet My Channels shows two extra (unknown to me) channels. Any way to remove them as they create confusion.

The EPG channels you have mapped 6.1 and 12.1 for the two devices appear to be slightly different.
For exame, 6.1 is mapped to “6.1 Public Broadcasting Service K24HQD” on one device and “6.1 Public Broadcasting Service KRMADT” on the other, so Plex is showing them as separate channels in the EPG.
Ugh, thank you so much for pointing out the obvious. I just couldn’t see the difference on my own.
