I hope someone can help. I recently moved a large movie library from one NAS to a larger one. I followed the instructions for doing such a move, naming the share exactly the same. Plex server successfully recognized the new NAS and all the movies - fine. BUT all of my extras which are in properly named subfolders (i.e. Trailers, Shorts, Interviews etc) are now lumped together into one Extras bucket in my players (true on computer, Apple TV etc). They are no longer divided into the groups corresponding to the folders. Furthermore, all NEW movies I add exhibit the same behavior! I simply can’t get the extra groupings to show in my players they way they used to.
What’s going on? Everything worked fine before.

You see the non-movie items are no longer in groups like the folder names - they’re all lumped together as Extras
