Extras not being found

Pretty new to this, but I’m discovering that some of my extras won’t show up in specific tags.

I am currently using the method of individual folder for the film, then inside the folder having separate folders for each category of extra.

So for example:

Folder and movie file name: Meet Me in St. Louis (1944) {imdb-tt0037059}

Extras: behind the scenes, featurettes, shorts, interviews, other.

I put the two bonus shorts in the shorts folder and it wouldn’t take them. I put them in other and it imported them just fine. The intro by Liza Minnelli was put in interviews and other and it won’t recognize it. The featurette on Judy Garland wouldn’t show under featurette but did for behind the scenes.

Is there any rhyme or reason to this?

Hi! On what device/client are you trying to browse and watch those extras?

Also: did you follow the exact naming?

Yes, I am using those exact headings for the file folders.

I’m using both the mobile app and the web browser to view.
