I’ve recently paid for a Plex Pass, for the extras and trailers mainly. I see a few posts saying the trailers aren’t playing, but I can’t even see any. Before a movie plays or listed next to the movies in my library.
I have ticked all the right boxes and changed my settings to allow trailers etc but no joy.
Do the benefits of having a Plex Pass take a while to add to your account or am I missing something?

If I remember correctly, you have to refresh metadata if you go from a standard server to a Plex Pass server. Either do that or wait until it runs the scheduled task (not sure when it runs). Also, make sure to go back and edit your libraries and make sure that the plex pass features are checked.
When transitioning from Free to Plex Pass, the fastest way to enable the features are to sign the server out and back in (Settings - Server - General).
Doing so updates the entitlements
