I no longer have access to my server within my Plex account. However, a new server cannot be assigned either. How can I reset my account to factory settings without losing my plexpass?

There is no such thing as factory resetting an account. It looks like you already removed old servers from your account so none should show up here. https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms
To add a server you need to claim it, which really just means signing into it.
You may have to do https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
I have tried, but cannot get access
May I be of assistance?
Which Linux distro ?
Which PMS package was installed ? ( Native package, docker container, other )
I am running the same version of plex and cannot play anything anymore. It just died and no amount of “sudo service plexmediaserver restart” will fix the issue. I can play from my harddrive, but plex just shows errors when playing the same content I have been watching for days.
Update:
Issue was resolved.
In case it helps someone here: For me a simple restart of my linux system helped. The problem definitely was related to the plex server, as the upgrade to the latest version started the issue. However, restarting the linux system fixed it. This is the first time in over 10 years of me using plex, that I had to restart the linux system to get it running again.
Environment:
Linux Mint 20.1 with Cinnamon on an Intel NUC i5
FYI — Mint is not supported for Plex use. It has been known to cause all kinds of problems
