Plex Server Vanished - Unable to Add Media

Server Version#:1.28.2.6151-914ddd2b3
Player Version#:4.91.1
My Plex Library has vanished and I no longer see any option for adding in Plex Library sources. On the app.plex.tv/desktop when I click the ‘Your Media’ tab, all I see is ‘Add your media to Plex’…“GET PLEX MEDIA SERVER”. If I click that, it takes me to the Plex Media Server download page even though it’s already installed. My server runs on Ubuntu 18.04.2. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Plex Server, gone to it’s URL (http://192.168.x.x:32400/web), signed in with my account and same thing. I have followed the guide for regaining access to plex server when locked out by clearing the Preferences.xml file of my info and rebooting (https://www.howtogeek.com/324004/how-to-regain-access-to-your-plex-server-when-youre-locked-out/). I even restored my plex vm to a working date and same issues. Only thing I did before it broke was change my plex pw.

Any ideas how I can restore Plex?

Yep, just claimed my server with this: GitHub - uglymagoo/plex-claim-server
