I had a scheduled recording lined up (series record) but it tells me “recording failed”, and gave me an error message within Plex. When I went to the Recording Schedule and clicked on the failure, it just says an error occurred.
I can’t understand why it’s failing, as other shows (as well as this one) previous to now recorded fine. I also was able to go into Kodi (NPVR) and start the recording, and watch the channel. Plex wouldn’t allow me to watch the channel.
The following lines keep repeating over and over in the log:

Does anyone know what this means?
