Failed Optimization?

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6406
Server OS: Windows 10

I’m starting to optimize my 4K rips with variable success. Some are optimizing just fine where others go the full 100% before saying it failed. No other details are given. Anyone else having a similar issue? Changing the optimization setting doesn’t affect it. Appreciate any input.

Can you provide your server logs showing the end where it hit 100%?

Plex Media Server.log (9.0 MB)
Thanks for responding. Happens around 16:30. Makes it to 100% and then failed.

Looks like the issue actually started earlier. It just took some time before the transcoder gave up. Check if your drive where you have the transcode folder actually did run out of space.

That’s the odd part. C drive is an SSD with 800mb left. My transcoded temp directory is in my documents. The actual output folder is a drive with 11 tbs left.

Is the file bigger than 800MB?

Whoops. 800 gbs**

Hmm. Do you have any other drives? Wondering if something is looking in the wrong place.

Yeah. Currently have 3 16tb drives. Before moving these drives to my new build I had no issues with optimizations at all. Only one I haven’t tried is going straight to the C drive. I’ll report back if that helps at all.

EDIT: It did not.
