Another recording failed to transcode error. Logs were captured from start to finish. The PID/Activity for this job is

when searching the logs. Most recordings (more than 75%) complete with no issue. Looking for help to determine why this happening - and what I can do to resolve.

Looks like I have a similar issue as you, I posted a separate question.
Had another recording fail. Logs are available. Any suggestions from a developer or beta tester or someone that has experienced this issue would be much appreciated. Looking at current posts this seems to be common place and without input from the development team. Respectfully a plex pass lifetime member.
For others having similar issues with failed scheduled DVR recordings please check past posts. Going back to August 2017 there are similar issues. Most are unanswered with the exception of very early posts. The consensus is that version 1.6 that did not include LIVE TV but has the DVR functionality did not have this issue. - IE all scheduled recording completed without issue. The same post (linked below) explains how to download version 1.6 for each OS.
I’m installing v1.6 now and will let it bake for a few days and report back.
I’ve been running v1.6 (DVR only, no live TV) for a little less than a week. As others have stated this version records scheduled shows with no issues. Hopefully Plex will resolve and announce when a stable version is published.
