Failed to download subtitle

I can’t download any subtitle with Opensubtitles account from some days

I got it too, I found another topic form May '19, but they say it was solved. I think it’s not.

My log entry shows this:

I have same problem; subtitle download fails; worked previously; any solution?

I have the same “Failed to download subtitle.” issue - it has started to occur today. I have PMS 1.18.9.2571 and I have been able to download subtitles previously.

I’m still seeing troubles, does this have to do with opensubtitles integration?

The same thing occured again. Had an update yesterday. Plex first wasnt working at all. Today it’s working again except for downloading the subtitles. It also gives me the “failed to download error”. Do i just wait for them to fix this? Can I do something?

yes for me to. Subtitles are not downloading

It appears to be a problem that resurfaces off and on. They always fix it. Access to subtitles was intermittent yesterday, but this morning the error is all I get throughout my library. Ever watched Flight of the Conchords without subtitles? Those New Zealanders are tough to understand.

Same here, started yesterday.

Manual download subs is not possible, i see the results though not getting it downloaded.
On the other hand, when i add movies/series to my library, subs are auto added to these files, it’s weird.

I’m running the latest PMS on my NAS with te latest DSM.
