When I search for subtitles and choose to download it, it says “Failed to download subtitle”
Is there a way to fix this?

Do you have any firewall or ad blockers or similar?
Does it only happen in the web app in browser? Does it happen in the app on your smart phone for example?
Of course a firewall but i have checked the logs and nothing is blocked.
Tha same thing happens from my Plex app on my iPhone.
