On the QNAP everything is working perfectly, and yesterday I’ve tested and it was working on this device as well, also are the same time tested with a shared user and was working on his side…

Right now, I’m getting this error again and is not specific at all…

but why did this happen after the update only? and at all media, not that specific file…!?

Also this…Why before the update, it was able to convert, and just after the update it cannot…!?

@dane22 sorted.
1st found the issue with the access on my local network, and adjusted to play all files in original quality. don’t know why now with the update, no longer the server supports converting files to lower quality.
2nd, after defining on the server settings, the quality over the internet, to be set to maximum, was still giving errors while accessing from the outside. Changed the settings on the player and it’s working. Again, before it was able to convert to lower quality, with the update, no longer can!..?
@dane22 @ChuckPa do you know why this happens now?
