Failed to Scan - TVButler Rasp Pi

Just wondering if folks are also failing out using a rasp pi v3 and TVButler. I had this working all well on my x86 plex machine but on the PI I am having a few issues.
Google led me to the rules files but that also did not work. Anything easy I can try or maybe just being a n00b.
