Server Version#: 4.30.2
My server was recently hacked, the Plex team was able to restore it. However when I try to add the previous users to the server I get the error “Failed to send Invite”. I can add new users fine, but no one who was on it before.
Please advise.

We can’t address it here in the forum but they can.
I would have done that originally, but if you select support as the reason you’re contacting they say they won’t respond. It physically won’t allow it.
That’s not right.
I did a copy/paste to internal channels.
Hope this will be able to get someone to look at it in the morning.
