i have big problem !

when i try to send new invite i always have error Failed to send invite.
or if i want to modify user share i have error Failed to update server shares.

i have tester on 4 differents browser , tried on local server address and hosted plex.tv panel , also tried on different computer. always have the same error ! please help me to fix

Please post PMS logs in a zip, and in debug mode right after reproducing

Maybe you have simply exhausted your allowed number of 99 sharees?

I have the exact same problem. Only shared my library 10-12 other times before, without issue.

I canā€™t currently send invites either, and my server is running on Mac OS if that makes any difference (doesnā€™t seem to be Linux specific, perhaps this is an issue at Plexā€™s end of things?).

Same thing here today. Sent out an invite at noon, now in the evening, nothingā€™s going through.

Seeing the same thing on 1.19.1.2630-72c16a276 and 1.19.1.2621-b249be3b0. Nothing in the logs.

HTTP logs on the client show a HTTP 422 response from https://plex.tv/api/v2/shared_servers

response body is:
{"errors":[{"code":1999,"field":"base"}]}

EDIT: After removing the ā€œfalse inviteā€ and retrying the error I get is:

{"errors":[{"code":1007,"message":"Internal Server Error. Something went wrong on our end"}]}

Iā€™m having a similar problem. Oddly enough, when I hit ā€œCancelā€, the name of the person DOES show up in my list of pending invites. So maybe the invitation is being sent in spite of the error message.

Iā€™ve confirmed the user does NOT get the invite, even though ā€˜invite pendingā€™ shows in the friends list.

Edit: was on 1.18.xxxx now on current build. No change.

Same, verified they are in my invite list but they did not get an invite.

also tried sending the email with access to no libraries and it appears to send however the recipient never gets the email!

Same issue here, even tried deleting old user as iā€™m near the 99. Invite doesnā€™t go through.
(on windows 10, Version 1.18.9.2578)

This has been reported and is currently under investigation.

Any update? My wife is a key worker (nurse) and trying to send her an invite and it keeps coming up as failed
