Invites Can't Be Sent, Error Message

Good Morning!

We’re running into an issue when trying to share our server with new users where we will get an error stating “An Invite Can’t Be Sent” in red.

If we removed the pending invites, it would go through, and then we started to get those again. I did some digging on the forums and heard this issue was resolved through Plex.TV, however everyones Media Server was more up to date than mine, so I updated it; however I still get the error sometimes.

If I have any pending I’ll get it, unless I remove them. Or it will say invite send if I uncheck all the libraries (but the invite doesn’t actually get sent).

Would love any help with this to get it working reliably!

(We are an educational institution and had our 99 share limit listed, if that may be a factor at all)

Looks like you hit the new limit. Please contact whoever you worked with to increase your limit previously to see what can be done.
