This issue is still happening. Please fix.
Still an issue for me. Another issue is on our older Samsung TV, the app will randomly freeze in the middle of a show. The app has to be restarted to fix the issue. Very annoying.
Same issue with Fire Cube (multiple generations)
This is like Home Depot.
You have to ask one of the other shoppers for help because you canāt find an employee.
