Fast forward jumps at 30 second intervals on the blink of an eye. It makes fast forwarding a risky business. If I go too far, which happens frequently, when I rewind or fast forward again (for a third time) my TV crashes and I have to reboot my TV. Then I can start off my show where I left off.
But yikes, fast forward is ridiculously fast. It’s like 128, 256, 512, 1024 instead of 4, 8, 16, 32 , etc.
Any idea what could cause this?
Not specifically answering your question, but have you tried the right D pad button on the Roku remote ? It should advance you 10 seconds for each click, then press ok when you are at the point you want to resume. Also, left D pad to go back 10 seconds per click. I rarely use the actual FF/RW buttons - only when I want to move around in the media a LOT.
