I have noticed that when i open the default ‘Favorites’ playlist for Photos as a managed user by clicking the gear icon on the blank tile, i receive the message ‘There was an unexpected error loading this item’ with a link to Go To Forums. When i attempt to click the heart icon on any photo as this managed user, I receive an error ‘There was a problem rating this item’. There’s no issue doing this as the admin user. I can create different playlists as the managed user, so whats the deal with the default Favorites playlist?
I have also tried to share the Favorites playlist from the admin user to the managed user, and i can see the shared playlist, and even open it, but when i click the play icon to view a photo in full screen, i receive the error ‘An error occurred loading items to play’.
When sharing a home video playlist from the admin user to the managed user, i can see the thumbnails for the video in the tile, but clicking it i get ‘Playback Error - Content is unavailable’.
All photos and videos are accessible from the managed user account when browsing the library normally.
Is there anything i can do to fix this? Even happy to run a SQL command against the database if i need to fix some broken permissions somewhere. Have tried cleaning bundles and optimizing the database already. Also removed all restrictions from the managed user to see if that was the issue but it didn’t change anything.

Have just tried creating a brand new managed user and also see the same issues. This time however when i tried to ‘heart’ a photo i got the same error, but then that photo appeared briefly in a section called ‘Recently added to Favorites’ section in Home. No Favorites icon appeared in the Playlists section under Photos though and the ‘Recently added to Favorites’ section disappeared after 60 seconds. Can anyone confirm if this feature works for managed users? Thanks
