[feature request] Add support for alphabetically directory support for TV Shows, like Movies

Hi All,

My media library wont really work, the Movies part works perfectly

M:\Media\Movies\B\Back to the Future (19xx)\Back to the Future (19xx).mkv

but my TV Shows dont.

M:\Media\TV Shows\D\Dr. Who (19xx)\Season 01\Dr. Who s01e01 name of episode.mkv

it just show D and nothing else on the dashboard, please advice, hopefully i do not have to put 500 shows in the root of the TV Shows folder.

Kind Regards,

/Lars

You have to add each ‘index letter folder’ individually to your tv show library.

#2
Your media file names are missing dashes.

If you have mp4 / m4v files, do the following:
Go to Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB
In there, grab the line ‘Local Media Assets’ with your mouse and drag it downwards, so it ends up being at the bottom of the stack of active agents.
Repeat the same under
Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheMovieDatabase
+
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie

Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase

If you are running Plex on a Windows ‘Server’ edition, you might have to employ a workaround for getting tv show meta data.

After taking care of 1 - 4, perform the Plex Dance
