DoVi profile 7 playback was axed in CX. And it’s unlikely to return because it was violation - p7 is for UHD Blu-ray players only.
CX can play profile 5 and 8.
You need an external player for p7 files or convert them to p8 (more info about convertation is here https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=18602&start=3360#p97878)
