I would like to see better conflict management when there are conflicts with recordings.
If it is a series that you are wanting to record, and there is a conflict on the series show that is the first to be recorded your only option is to cancel the recording which in turn cancels the entire series recording. Can we please have the option to cancel that recording only but leave the other recordings in the series scheduled?
Also if there is a conflict on a single recording it would be nice to have an option to schedule it to record the show the next time it airs if possible.

Agreed. I’d like to be able to have a “Priority List”, just like my DirecTV DVR, where I put the most important things at the top and the system will record everything that it’s able to given the number of tuners available at one time.
I’d also like to see the ability to prioritize which tuner gets used first, second, and so on. This would allow one to only use the slowest or poorest quality tuners in their system when the higher quality ones are unavailable.
As the DVR is still in beta, these requests should be directed to the existing DVR thread/board. I do recall reading posts in those threads asking for these things, and I think they are known issues that Plex plans on addressing as the DVR/Live TV functions mature.
