HTML5 Gapless Playback on Chromecast

Gapless playback is now supported on both Android and iOS apps. Thanks. Any chance we might see it in HTML5 apps (both web player and Chromecast) sometime soon?

Gapless playback for Samsung Tizen client

As mentioned in the comment here I’m starting this topic to request that gapless playback be implemented in the Samung Tizen client. I’ve only recently started using Plex and am flabbergasted that it’s taken you six years to start implementing this fundamental feature! Please add it to this version of the client too.

Gapless playback for Plex Media Player on Mac (macOS)

In issue [Implemented] Gapless Playback it had been suggested by the Plex team to create a new issue for specific players that still experience issues with gapless playback. The Plex Media Player for macOS is one of such players that would greatly benefit from having gapless playback for audio files. Please upvote this feature request to bring it to the devs’ attention.
