[Feature Request] Generate Temporary "Guest" URL links for sharing video.

Concept:
You have a video you wish to share with someone, they may not have plex, or you may not want to add them to your library. You would now have the option of generating a temporary URL link that would link them to the web app with the video you wanted to share ready for streaming.

Practical uses:

  1. For those times when a buddy would like to “borrow” a video.
  2. Sometimes my friends and I may want to watch a video together online(like with voice chat from skype or teamspeak), but not always do we have the same version of the video, or can find a good stream of it.
  3. This would work great for sharing “home movie projects” as well.

Summery
Trying to convince someone to download/install/register(and add them to my library) just to watch a movie on Plex can come off as a bit of a chore for them/us. Simply generating a link for them, that would open the web app linked to the exact video I want to share with them would be an amazing solution/option!
As an added bonus, it would give them a nice preview of what plex can offer.

**Additional features/aspects/suggestions: **
-links can be configured to expire after playback/ number of hours /etc
-streaming quality for links can be set/capped.
-links can be voided at any time on the host’s end.
-links can be made to include a set number of episodes/seasons/playlists/etc.

Yes, yes! I’ve often thought I’d like to be able to send a link to someone to view a single item or collection of items in my collection - usually a home video or a particular directory of photos.

I currently sync via plex to google drive, then share that way.

and I’m sure there’s also another feature request for this.
