I know it can be difficult to accept, (because for business reason), but you can see the Gitlab company model, who make a great web app product based on open source and have a business with more than 100 employees. You already have a great community, and I am sure there are lot of developers how can’t wait to participate to this awesome project! I will be the first to help you :).
