Feature Request: Make Library portable

@charbonnier: kamhouse had in mind to change the category of this actual thread.
for everybody else… that’s where charbonnier has created the new feature suggestion:

[Feature Request] Make Library portable

I have many usb portable hard disks and I would like the library to be already inside them, so that when I attach it to any PC, there is enough plex installed and I already see the library ready without having to recreate it or edit it. It should be perfect if library exists in drive with files within, in same unit.
