Mod-Edit: Merged some of those older suggestions as part of a suggestion clean-up. Opted to merge instead of close the later threads as there were some more specific mockups / aspects.
Edit: while cleaning up further, I found yet another thread that has actually collected a number of votes. Therefore closing this one and pointing everybody who’s interested in this feature to comment/vote in that thread instead. my apologies for the back-and-forth.
